Product returns

Return policy

You have the right to return purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia.

Conditions for return

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels intact.
• The product must not be damaged or show signs of use.
• A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
• Custom-ordered products and cut-to-length materials cannot be returned.

How to return a product

1. Contact us at sb@sbshop.lv or +371 67813100 to initiate the return.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for return.
3. Bring the product to any SB Siltumtehnika location, or arrange return delivery.
4. After inspection, a refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

Defective products

If you received a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or repair under the manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by product — check the product documentation or ask our staff.
