Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the online store operated by SIA "SB" (registration number 40003017954, address: Latgales iela 444b, Riga, LV-1063). By using the website and placing orders, you agree to these terms.

1. General provisions

The online store sells heating, plumbing, and ventilation equipment. These terms apply to all purchases made through the website. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time; the version in force at the moment of placing an order applies to that order.

2. Placing an order

  • To place an order you must create an account (Consumer or Business) and provide accurate contact and delivery information.
  • A purchase contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation by email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspected misuse.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include value added tax (VAT), unless stated otherwise. Business customers may see personalized pricing. Available payment methods are described on the Payment and delivery page.

4. Delivery

Delivery options, times, and costs are described on the Payment and delivery page. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon receipt of the goods.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia. The return procedure and exceptions are described on the Product returns page.

6. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by product — check the product documentation or contact us for details.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website (texts, images, logos, product descriptions) is the property of SIA "SB" or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for damages resulting from improper installation or use of products, or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are resolved through negotiation or, failing that, in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
